Responsibilities
The key purpose of this role is to provide high quality service and efficient and effective administration support.
- Keeping diaries and inboxes running like clockwork
- Booking meetings, appointments and making the calendar behave
- Managing expenses and flexi purchases with precision (and patience)
- Keeping internal systems and databases up to date and tidy
- Preparing polished reports and presentations that are ready to go
- Building great relationships with clients and key contacts
- Following up with clients across multiple touchpoints to keep things moving
- Coordinating travel, events and logistics seamlessly
- Jumping in on ad hoc tasks and whatever else helps the team succeed
- Builds strong working relationships and communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Works confidently and autonomously, exercising sound judgment, discretion and initiative
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A natural problem-solver with strong negotiation skills and a solutions-focused approach
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Confident, assured and professional in all public and stakeholder-facing interactions
