Are you a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant looking for a senior support role in Wealth Management? A leading Sydney CBD firm is seeking a professional EA to support their Executive Chairman.

$105K–$115K + super + bonus

About the Role:
This is a high-impact, hands-on EA role providing executive assistance, secretarial, and administrative support to the Executive Chairman, who oversees 320+ staff across multiple states and sits on the executive committee with board responsibilities. You’ll be the central point of organisation, helping manage diaries, meetings (in-person and Zoom), travel, and priorities across a very busy schedule.

You’ll also support with an emphasis on planning ahead, streamlining workflow, and making the executive’s day run smoothly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Executive Chairman’s diary, schedule meetings (Zoom or in-person), and coordinate travel efficiently.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a professional gatekeeper, screening calls and managing communications.
  • Support onboarding and administrative processes for the Wealth team.
  • Organise boardroom events, internal presentations, and key meetings.
  • Maintain efficient administrative processes and support compliance with internal policies.
  • Be the central point for cross-team communication, ensuring deadlines and priorities are managed.
  • Work full-time from the Sydney CBD office.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has 5+ years’ experience as a corporate EA, ideally supporting a senior executive.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and efficient, with strong attention to detail.
  • Can manage competing priorities and plan ahead independently.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in stockbroking/finance is desirable, but not essential.
  • Mature, calm, and able to work efficiently under pressure – age or background not an issue.
  • Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the executive’s day runs seamlessly.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:06pm (1-hour lunch), with occasional requirements outside standard hours.
