An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior People & Culture leader in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on managing competing priorities, is solutions-focused, and enjoys working across a broad remit that includes diary and inbox management, project coordination, event planning, and confidential HR support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and professional support to the Group People Executive
  • Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings (internal and external), and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Monitor and manage high-volume inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and prioritisation
  • Prepare documentation, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas/minutes
  • Maintain and update shared drives, policies, org charts, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate HR administrative processes including onboarding, contracts, and probation tracking
  • Reconcile monthly AMEX statements and assist with budget tracking and invoice approvals
  • Support internal initiatives including service recognition, team events, and community partnerships
  • Liaise with external stakeholders and consultants as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards
About You
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Coordinator supporting senior leaders
  • Background in HR, people & culture, or professional services highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and expense systems (e.g., Concur or similar) advantageous
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in HR and business operations
