About the Role
In this role, you’ll support 13 team members across the Sydney Finance & Accounting and Clerical divisions – including 2 Partners and 2 Directors. From managing diaries and booking travel to coordinating events and handling documentation, no two days will be the same.
You'll also work closely with the Office Manager to lead internal engagement initiatives – think team lunches, birthday celebrations, and fun office competitions – so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being in the office and bringing people together.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management for multiple senior leaders
- Scheduling meetings, travel, and events
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with recruitment administration and onboarding
- Supporting expense management, IT coordination, and general admin tasks
- Helping to drive culture and engagement across the office
- Occasional personal assistant duties
- Providing back-up admin support, including: Greeting visitors and answering the reception door, unpacking deliveries and setting up meeting rooms, creating documents, PowerPoint presentations, and team posters for incentives
- Previous experience as an EA, Team Assistant, or similar
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
