The Role
As a trusted partner to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
- Diary & Email Management: Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, ensuring priorities are actioned, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Schedule and prepare for key meetings, including board and leadership sessions, with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups; assist in coordinating internal and external events.
- Travel Coordination: Organise domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, accommodation, and logistics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.
- Board & Executive Support: Assist with preparation of board papers, executive reports, and confidential correspondence.
- Project & Operational Support: Provide support on strategic initiatives, assist with reporting, and coordinate activities across the Executive team as required.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in complex or purpose-led environments.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and confidently at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with board portals or project tools is a plus.
- A warm, polished, and professional manner, coupled with a high level of discretion and integrity.
