About the Role

 
In this key support role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director to enable focus on strategic priorities, manage a dynamic calendar, coordinate executive-level communications, and help foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture.

This role begins on a contract basis, with the strong potential to transition to permanent for the right person.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary and email management, domestic and international travel, and confidential administration
  • Manage the MD’s calendar of meetings, priorities and events across multiple time zones
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Coordinate leadership offsites, team events, recognition programs and workshops
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
  • Support financial processes such as invoice approvals and expense management
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and operational excellence
  • Act as a key member of the wider EA team, participating in shared events and best practice
  • Handle sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion and a proactive mindset
About You
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in complex or fast-paced organisations
  • A highly organised, calm and confident professional with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to shifting needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
  • Available for an immediate start or within short notice
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity and open to a permanent transition
