About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role that will see you act as a trusted right-hand person—providing strategic and operational support while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Coordinate international visitor management, ensuring guests and executives are hosted professionally
- Support and manage internal events, team offsites, and executive functions
- Assist with strategic initiatives and project coordination
- Support the broader Executive Team where needed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-Suite or Executive-level stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with initiative, discretion, and confidentiality
- High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in a retail or fast-paced industry environment is highly desirable
- Experience coordinating events and managing internal visitors is advantageous
