- Follow up on orders (incl availability, stock, supply, logistics)
- Processing order entry in JDE
- Assign shipments for preparation to the Australian warehouse
- Look after the APAC territory, following up on their expeditions and potential freight issues
- Follow up on customers requests for product information, warranty information and "returns" management when needed
- Daily / weekly exchange and interaction with the China warehouse
- Communication with an international team and with the HQ office in USA as needed
- Support for and knowledge of our domestic operations in Australia, i.e. ability to deal with local order entry / stock availability / operational matters when required.
- Experience in operating / system management programs such as SAP, JDE, Navision, Citrix
- Communication with international team and parent company in the USA. Management and maintenance of customer accounts.
- Order Tracking: Enter orders on JDE software, order assignments for shipping & their logistics follow up
- Follow-up of customer requests, product information, after-sales service, follow-up of returns, shipment tracking (Asia Pacific exports and Australian imports)
- Information exchange with international warehouses.
