The Role
As the Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in supporting operational leaders with meaningful analysis that drives performance, accountability and informed decision-making. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Support the preparation of annual budgets
- Monitor financial performance against budget and key operational metrics
- Provide benchmarking, cost analysis and performance insights to operational leaders
- Assist with business cases, financial modelling and tender submissions
- Build strong working relationships with operational management teams
- Provide clear financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders
- Support leaders in understanding financial drivers, budget accountability and funding parameters
- Deliver timely, accurate and value-add analysis to support decision-making
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and clear reconciling items in a timely manner
- Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and financial processes
The Candidate
To be successful, you will be a detail-oriented finance professional with prior experience, ideally within a medium to large organisation. You will have advanced Excel skills, be organised, reliable, collaborative, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities. Progressing toward or completion of a CA/CPA qualification will be highly regarded.
