This role will work closely with FP&A Manager. Key responsibilities for the role include;
- Setting up month end full P&L and detailed sales analysis templates across all regions and categories and train users on using them including upskilling users on driver based analysis.
- Review the key drivers and assumptions that we need for project or new product launch proposals and develop suite of templates for use in all projects with checks and balances and locked formulas with input cells – roll out to finance team and broader business.
- Pick up the simplified reporting project to assist in clear gross profit and/ or contribution margin reporting by brand and market, and market by brand – with self service capability for business partners.
- Review state of nation forecasting process data and identify similarities across the business.
- Document key process and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong Analytics tool building, driver based analysis. Price volume mix.
- Be an advanced user of Power BI and Excel.
- A background within FMCG, Retail or Sales.
- Process improvements.
- Change management.
- Process simplification.
- Identifying trends in information and thinking through solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset – some of the projects we mentioned are about process improvement/automation.
