I'm proud to be partnering with a well established, family-owned manufacturing business with an excellent history of quality and innovation. They are now seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to join their friendly and supportive Finance team. 


The Role | Reporting to the CFO
Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly period end and year end process including development of board review schedules. 
• Lead corporate budget process, liaise with managers and review with senior management outcomes, cost outlook scenarios and upload budgets into live system.
• Provision of various month end reports, including variance/financial/trend analysis for monthly financial review and to support the business.
• Business partnering with various managers across the business, to guide decision making.
• Support accounting processes within ERP system and look to update current reports to be efficient, focused and maintainable into the future.
• Cash Flow Reporting, banking activities online, including bank reconciliations.
• Preparation of general ledger reconciliations, including supporting schedules such as the intercompany loan matrix.
• Lead aspects of the stock take process with the Financial Controller.
• Responsible for General Ledger maintenance of weekly cyclical stock takes and results including report out to management.
• Assist in review, verification and matching of transaction details prior to allocating relevant General Ledger coding and subsequent data entry across entities.
• Assist in development and maintenance of adhoc data queries for business management including CEO.
• Assist in the completion/reconciliation of compliance obligations including BAS statements, PAYG, payroll tax and FBT Returns.
• Be a key SAP Business One user and guardian of its ongoing integrity.
• Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records.
• Any other related tasks as required by the CFO.


Skills And Experience:
Tertiary qualification and ideally part or qualified CPA/CA. You have a minimum of 3 years in a Management Accountant or Finance Analyst role in a medium to large size business. Experience working in a fast paced product based industry.  You have strong communication skills to partner with the wider business and senior management.
