About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Analyst will strengthen divisional forecasting, improve visibility of sales, margin and working capital drivers, and enhance financial discipline across reporting and planning.
This hands-on role is delivery-focused, building robust forecasting models, improving reporting transparency, and implementing structured tools and processes to support stronger commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance forecasting models, covering volume, price, mix, trade spend, COGS, and SG&A.
  • Build integrated P&L, gross margin, and working capital forecasting tools aligned with S&OP and commercial plans.
  • Budgeting and forecasting 
  • Support month-end close with variance commentary and bridge analysis.
  • Provide scenario modelling to guide pricing and trade spend decisions.
  • Assist with working capital analysis across inventory, debtors, and creditors.
  • Offer analytical support to the Finance team during peak reporting cycles.
  • Identify process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and repeatability.
The Ideal Candidate
  • CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Strong financial modelling skills (advanced Excel) with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • FMCG, product or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Commercially curious, structured, and methodical
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments and navigating large datasets
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders and helping non-finance teams make better decisions
  • Able to operate independently and deliver to tight deadlines
