- Supporting multi-site month-end processes (non-routine environment)
- Contributing to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of costing and variance analysis
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Confident communicator able to engage and challenge site stakeholders
- High energy and curiosity, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset
- Excited by the opportunity to travel between sites as this is 5 days onsite
