Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly actuals, consolidate accounts in SAP, review performance against budgets
- Quarterly forecast - business partner with external Property Manager to review all current year Net Rental Income (NRI) assumptions, provide variance analysis and facilitate internal reviews with key stakeholders
- Support year-end reporting
- Prepare and review balance sheet recs
- Lead administration of property divisions overhead cost base including monthly accruals and recharges, review of actuals, update forecasts
Skills and Experience:
- 3-4 years' experience in financial analysis or management accounting, ideally in a large property organisation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Excel, Power BI and ERP experience (SAP, JDE, Oracle) highly regarded
- CA/CPA qualified, or close to completing
