Reporting to the GM, the role plays a key part in linking finance and operations. This role will combine month-end responsibilities with project work, reporting, and business partnering across inventory, procurement, and sales functions. The scope is broad and offers visibility across the business - key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare monthly management reports and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Work closely with operations and inventory teams to improve cost control and margin visibility
- Partner with key managers on business performance
- Assist with tax, audit, and compliance reporting in partnership with the Group
- Support system improvements, data integrity, and reporting efficiency
- CA/CPA qualification with proven experience in a commercial or management accounting role
- Background in product-based environments
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Good communication skills and an interest in operational drivers of performance
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to engage across different business units
