The Senior Finance Business Partner delivers strategic financial insights and operational analysis across a major business contract. You will identify business trends, evaluate pricing strategies, and recommend improvements to boost financial and operational performance. This role supports data-driven decision-making and works closely with centre leadership and senior management to drive efficiency. A key focus is ensuring strong financial stewardship and delivering meaningful commercial impact.
Duties
- Manage the financial management of a key business contract
- Work collaboratively and hands-on leading management reporting requirements
- Deliver insights, analytics and recommendation on financial & non-financial information
- Prepare end-to-end financial P&L & Balance Sheet for the contract entities
- Deliver accurate forecasts and budgets for the division collaborating with the client
- Present financial performance, trading updates, flash reports and outlooks to the business
- Business partner the broader business to deliver strategic initiatives including risks & opportunities
- Prepare and support the development of business cases in-line with contract compliance
- Track KPI’s and inform senior stakeholders to make informed decisions
- CA / CPA Qualified
- 5+ years finance experience in a commercial function
- Hands-on business partnering experience
- Chartered audit background into commercial ideal
- Excellent communication to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Upbeat energy to work with the business
- Multi-site venue, retail, FMCG experience beneficial
- Leadership capabilities with a growth mindset
