This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of the finance function in a standalone Finance Business Partner role, partnering directly with senior leaders to improve processes, reduce costs, and influence strategic outcomes.
  
In this role you will utilise your commercial acumen, your outstanding business partnering skills and stakeholder interaction to nail down how to drive finance business performance. You will identify inefficiencies, implementing improved processes to challenge assumptions and truly influence.
  
In order to make the most of this role you will need to use your extensive manufacturing process experience, ideally from your work in a plant or site-based environment. Your focus will be on inputs, outputs and cost drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Partner with operations and manufacturing teams to drive cost efficiency
• Analyse production performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and enhance financial models and reporting tools
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support integration of acquisitions and contribute to strategic planning
