About the Role
Reporting to an outstanding and highly supportive Financial Controller, this Finance Business Partner position is a rare opportunity to shape, influence and elevate how financial insights drive organisational performance.
You will act as a trusted advisor across the business, supporting senior stakeholders with rolling forecasts, insightful reporting, financial analysis and decision support. The role offers significant ownership — including the chance to design, refine and build your own reporting and modelling frameworks.
Experience with Dynamics 365 / Business Central and the ability to build financial models “on the fly” will be key to success in this role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business units to deliver custom reports, rolling forecasts and meaningful analysis
- Providing insights on financial performance, trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting budget creation, monitoring and performance review
- Identifying cost efficiencies and contributing to strategic initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and frameworks
- Contributing to organisational improvement projects and strategic goals
About You
You’re a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with strong analytical capability and the communication skills to translate data into action. You enjoy partnering with stakeholders, shaping reporting, and finding better ways of doing things. The ideal candidate will come from a 'professional/corporate' environment.
You will stand out if you have:
- Experience with Business Central / D365
- Strong modelling skills and confidence building reports from scratch
- Excellent communication and influencing ability
- A collaborative, positive and “can-do” mindset
- Strong planning, organisation and deadline management skills
