The role
As Finance Business Partner, this role will be working with the Operations teams to optimise financial performance, support the delivery of the planning and forecasting processes, streamline inventory management, and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Run the Commercial Review and engage with business partners across the organisation to improve forecast accuracy;
- Provide financial and business analysis to business partners to facilitate business decision making;
- Provide accurate and timely reports and outlook, and work with key stakeholders to improve forecasting and budgeting;
- Provide accurate and timely management reporting and work closely with business partners to provide value-add;
- Influence and set the financial inventory policy for the group;
The successful candidate will be CPA/ CA qualified and have a sound understanding of commercial finance. Experience with delivery and development of management reporting is necessary, alongside an ability to develop and implement financial systems and process improvements. Knowledge of Pronto or a similar ERP is desirable, but not essential. Candidates with experience in FMCG and consumer goods industries are encouraged to apply.
