The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this commercially focused role delivers strategic financial insights, drives value through data-led analysis, and partners closely with stakeholders to support performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with key stakeholders to support the development of sales and financial budgets, forecasts, and planning initiatives.
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting packs, including insightful analysis and performance commentary.
  • Present financial results and key business insights to internal and external stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
  • Perform the month end process to prepare and deliver monthly financial reports.
  • Support financial operations by entering transactions and assisting with balance sheet reconciliations as needed.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline reporting processes, enhance automation through advanced modelling, and improve data efficiency.
  • Utilise Power BI and other analytics tools to translate complex data into strategic insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.

The Successful Candidate
  • CA/CPA qualified.
  • Previous experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally within a medium-large size business.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
