An exciting opportunity awaits you as a Finance Manager heading up a team of 10 and working as 2IC to the Financial Controller.
As Finance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their financial operations, playing a vital role in steering the company towards continued success. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll lead a talented team of finance professionals and spearhead various financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance with statutory taxation and regulatory obligations.
- Taking the lead in preparing annual and semi-annual financial statements with technical precision.
- Keeping a close eye on cash flow dynamics.
- Undertaking special projects as directed by senior management.
- Mentoring and nurturing team members to foster their professional growth.
- Elevating existing models and processes through meticulous review and improvement.
- Driving initiatives aimed at process enhancement
- CA/CPA qualification
- Experience liaising with external auditors
- Skilled in preparing statutory financial statements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with ease
