The Role:
As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to build and lead the finance function from the ground up.
You will operate as a true business partner to the executive team, with responsibilities ranging from financial reporting and compliance to commercial analysis and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance detail-oriented tasks with high-level strategic input.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, including commentary on risks, opportunities, and business performance
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and commercial decisions
  • Oversee and continuously improve financial systems, controls, and processes
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
The Candidate:
You will be an influential and pragmatic finance leader, capable of operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you will bring both precision and perspective to the role. Strong communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build a high-performing finance function are essential.

Key Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Previous experience in a Big 4 or Mid-Tier environment viewed favourably
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling finance functions
  • Experience working in high-growth environments, particularly start-ups or SMEs, is highly desirable
