About the Role
Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead onshore and offshore finance operations, ensure general ledger accuracy, and drive month-end close processes. This position supports strategic finance initiatives and engages with key stakeholders, including external auditors and BPO providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end processes, journal entries, and reconciliations using Oracle Fusion and ARCS
- Manage and mentor finance teams across local and offshore locations
- Review supporting analysis and Legal Entity Reviews (LERs)
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Partner with the Head of Finance on transformation and change initiatives
- CA or CPA qualified with tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ in industry or professional services
- Strong financial accounting and audit experience
- Skilled in ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Proven leadership in shared services or BPO environments
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills
