They are now seeking a talented Finance Manager to strengthen month-end reporting processes while also supporting strategic decision-making through close business partnering.

Reporting to the Financial Controller and partnering with the General Manager of a key business unit, this role will provide end-to-end ownership of financial reporting, while delivering insights that influence commercial performance and operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end close process including journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs
  • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary
  • Prepare and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with operational goals
  • Collaborate with the GM and site leaders to support business performance and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Provide financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform key business initiatives
  • Support stock and cost management through financial insight and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, and internal controls
  • Support audit and statutory compliance as required
About You:
  • CA or CPA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in financial or management accounting
  • Experience within manufacturing, construction, or a product-based business is preferred
  • Strong technical skills in month-end, reporting, and compliance
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence and support non-financial stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel and ERP system capability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and improvement-focused mindset
