A growing SME with $30M–$50M in annual revenue, this diverse group operates across construction, retail, and property. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join immediately on a 12-week temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will oversee the finance function; responsibilities will include:

• Manage finance for the group including month-end, reporting, and audit coordination
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting 
• Oversee chart of accounts discipline, system integration (e.g. Xero, job costing)
• Partner with construction and retail teams to improve margin reporting and project visibility
• Provide leadership to a small team, with a focus on structure, development, and collaboration

You will have proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager in an SME environment. Further your experience in construction, property, or retail sectors will be appealing.
