This privately owned business, generating circa $30M in annual revenue, operates across construction, retail, and property sectors. As the business continues to grow and evolve, it is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and partner closely with the GM and leadership team.

The role is hands-on and broad, responsible for the full finance lifecycle across multiple entities and trusts. You will be the go-to for everything from cash flow and reporting to strategic analysis and operational decision support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a close-knit team environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

The opportunity includes:

• Managing day-to-day finance operations across the business
• Overseeing monthly reporting, cash flow forecasting, and compliance
• Leading the month-end process and preparing board-level financial packs
• Managing insurance, risk, and group structures
• Supporting planning and strategic business decisions
• Stand-alone role and key contact for external service providers

The business is seeking a CA/CPA qualified finance professional ideally with exposure to construction, retail, and / or property. You will bring a strong technical base, commercial acumen, and a hands-on, practical approach to the business. Based in the Underwood area, this is a high-impact role in a business that values trust, transparency, and results.
