You will be responsible for the full finance lifecycle across multiple entities, serving as the go-to resource for everything from cash flow and reporting to strategic analysis and decision support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the month-end close process including journals, accruals, reconciliations, and comprehensive financial reporting
- Overseeing payroll operations, including pre-payroll analysis, complex termination calculations, and compliance
- Delivering variance analysis and preparing board-level financial packs
- Managing cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and reforecasting cycles
- Driving process improvements and system automation initiatives (experience with Power BI is highly regarded)
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team
- Acting as a strategic finance partner to the leadership group and supporting ad hoc projects
- CA/CPA qualifications with experience in financial reporting and management accounting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Proven experience in managing payroll, cash flow, and multi-entity financial operations
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to drive automation initiatives
- Exceptional communication and business partnering skills
- Experience in a B2B, professional services, or multi-entity environment is desirable
