This newly created role reflects the continued evolution of the finance team and offers the opportunity to play a key leadership role within head office.

  • Overseeing the integrity of the general ledger, including review of journals, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Managing external audit processes and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including BAS, FBT, and payroll tax
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the accounting team, ensuring clear accountability and high performance
  • Overseeing and partnering with the offshore finance team to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with head office standards
  • Managing cash flow, banking, treasury activities, and financial controls
  • Driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, governance, and scalability
  • Supporting finance systems, controls, and ongoing finance transformation initiatives

This role suits someone who enjoys leadership responsibility, values team development, and is motivated to contribute within a high-growth, brand-driven organisation.
