Our client is a fast growing, well known FMCG manufacturer with national operations. They are looking to add a high calibre candidate to support the CFO and lead the finance team in all management and financial accounting matter.  

The role 

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing, preparing or assisting with all statutory financial reporting and compliance
• Responsibility for managing annual external financial audit process 
• Responsibility for maintaining correct and accurate data in the financial ledgers /accounting syste
• Providing decision support to all areas of the business
• Forecasting and budgeting 
• Business process automation and process efficiency optimisation - work with key stakeholders to improve and automate finance and other operational processes (both for efficiency and to reduce risk)

About you

You are a driven and ambitious CPA/CA qualified candidate, who enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are a strong communicator and are excited at the prospect of leading junior colleagues.  You have strong reporting skills and have a passion for both financial and management accounting.
