My client is a leading privatley owned Not For Profit here in Melbourne and with a high profile presence in the market, they are seeking a technical strong Finance Manager with proven leadership skills to manage their growing finance team. Due to a a restructure they are looking for a Finance Manger to join their high performing Finance team.
The role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this hands on role will be responsible for the management of a full scope finance function, including:
- Preparation of budgets
- Presentation of monthly accounts to senior finance team
- Statutory reporting
- Supporting the wider team and organisation
CA/CPA qualified you will be an experienced and technically strong Finance Manger that has a strong commercial acumen.
You possess strong leadership and management experience and the ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant process improvement.
Working with a strong set of values you will have a positive attitude that views problems as learning opportunities rather than obstacles that cannot be overcome.
