The Finance Manager will be responsible for: 

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
• Mentor and develop the finance team to achieve excellence
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives
• Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes
• Contribute to business planning and decision-making

The successful applicant will be: 

• CA or CPA qualified
• 5+ years of experience in finance roles, ideally with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with cloud accounting & BI tools
• Manufacturing industry experience highly regarded
• Audit or public practice background advantageous for transition into industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively
