Role:
The Finance Manager is accountable for the end-to-end finance function, spanning reporting, planning, compliance, systems, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reporting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and supporting analysis
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax obligations, and internal policies
- Owning budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control processes
- Providing clear financial insight to senior leadership to support operational and strategic decisions
- Partnering with business leaders and delivery teams to provide visibility across budgets, forecasts, and performance
- Analysing financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives
- Maintaining robust internal controls and financial governance frameworks
- Supporting system improvements, reporting automation, and process optimisation initiatives
Candidate:
You are likely to offer,
- CA or CPA qualification
- Experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role within a complex, operationally focused organisation
- Strong capability across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
- Sound knowledge of tax, statutory, and compliance requirements
- A hands-on approach combined with strong judgement and attention to detail
- Experience improving systems, processes, and reporting effectiveness
- The confidence to operate autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders
