Reporting to the CFO, we're looking for a confident and experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow management, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, dealing with the day to day issues of running a finance team. You will also be responsible for the year-end financial statements, ensuring all reporting meets required standards and deadlines. You'll manage audits, oversee balance sheet reconciliations, and maintain strong financial controls to ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements. You'll also play a key role in safeguarding the financial integrity of the business and supporting informed decision-making through high-quality reporting.
