The Role
We are recruiting a motivated and commercially-minded Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s financial operations and strategic reporting. You will partner with senior leadership and principal advisors to manage financial performance, drive forecasting and budgeting, and strengthen financial controls that underpin operational decision-making. This role is ideal for a dynamic finance professional looking to work in an advisory-led environment with exposure to complex financial structures and high-value client work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end close processes and preparation of management accounts
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate budgets, forecasts and long-term financial models
  • Analyse financial results and provide insights to senior leadership to inform strategy
  • Oversee cashflow management, financial controls, and compliance with reporting standards
  • Support investment modelling, due diligence processes and performance analysis
  • Partner with business leaders to assess business initiatives and pricing assumptions
  • Prepare performance dashboards, variance analysis and board-level financial reporting
  • Assist with audit support, statutory reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Continuously improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency
The Candidate
  • CA / CPA qualified with proven experience in finance management or similar commercial finance roles
  • Background in professional services, wealth management, financial services or complex advisory environments highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate financial insights clearly
  • Excellent modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and influencing at senior levels
  • Proactive, solution-focused and adaptable in a sophisticated, client-centric business
