A market leading services business that has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, is seeking an experienced finance leader to help drive month end reporting, improving systems and raising the bar in finance performance.

- Oversee the Financial Accounting and accounts payable teams.
- Ensure accurate, compliant processes align with accounting standards
- Own month-end close and deliver clear P&L, balance sheet, and variance insights.
- Act as primary audit contact, and ensure adherence to AASB/IFRS standards.
- Oversee tax obligations (provisions, FBT, GST, corporate tax)
- Drive process improvements and team development.
What we're looking for:
- CPA or CA qualified with senior finance leadership experience.
- Proven track record as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Australian accounting and compliance.
- Experienced in leading and developing high-performing teams.
