The Role
- Own the annual budget for the property asset portfolio including overheads & headcount.
- Lead month-end, forecasts, variance analysis and property balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare Board / CFO packs.
- Manage the relationship with the external property manager to ensure deliverables land on time.
- Coach, develop and performance-manage a small team.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes and systems.
- CA/CPA qualified with Finance Manager experience in property/asset management from a large, complex multi-site environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence; proven ability to partner cross-functionally (Property, Development, Projects, Operations and corporate).
- Comfortable improving processes, controls and reporting in fast-paced, growth settings.
- People leader who lifts standards and builds capability.
