Position Description
Reporting directly into the Finance Manager your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accounts Payable invoice processing
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Accounts receivable invoicing
- Payment allocations
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end reporting
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by management
The successful applicant will have prior experience in a similar Accounts or Administration role as well as the following attributes:
- High level of accuracy
- Experience touching on Accounts preferable
- The ability to adhere to strict deadlines and be highly organised
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to get along with all
