This role sits within a large enterprise change initiative focused on evolving the finance function toward a future operating model across Accounting, Shared Services and Commercial Finance. You will play a key role in coordinating transformation initiatives across process, technology and people change streams, ensuring programs are delivered in a structured and integrated way.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate a consolidated transformation plan across finance process redesign, technology implementation and organisational change initiatives.
- Align and sequence transformation activities across multiple workstreams to ensure initiatives are delivered in a structured and cohesive program roadmap.
- Manage dependencies across ERP implementation, enterprise data initiatives, and broader organisational programs to avoid delivery conflicts or disruption.
- Partner with Finance, Business Analysts and Technology teams to ensure system configuration and solutions align with finance operating model requirements.
- Support the redesign and optimisation of key finance processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, FP&A processes and reporting frameworks.
- Lead change impact assessments, identifying operational impacts across finance teams and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Drive strong stakeholder engagement across Accounting, Commercial Finance, Shared Services, Technology and HR teams.
- Prepare clear and structured reporting for Steering Committees, executive stakeholders and enterprise governance forums.
- Maintain delivery discipline across the program, ensuring risks, dependencies and milestones are actively managed.
- 8+ years’ experience in finance transformation, ERP implementation or enterprise program delivery.
- Strong experience standardising finance processes across multiple entities (e.g., M&A)
- Strong understanding of finance operations including accounting, shared services and FP&A environments.
- Experience working closely with business analysts, finance systems teams and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to review and challenge finance system requirements and process design decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
