Following recent transformation initiatives within this multi-entity industrial organisation, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Analyst to drive finance process standardisation. Operating at the intersection of Finance process design and ERP capability, you will ensure workflows are aligned to best practice, efficiently enabled by systems, and scalable across the group.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities 
  • Analyse end-to-end finance workflows and harmonise processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Payroll and Shared Services
  • Identify inefficiencies, duplication and inconsistent practices across entities,  and align them to current ERP functionality
  • Develop practical documentation including process flows, SOPs, ownership matrices and control frameworks
  • Contribute to shaping and sequencing process improvements alongside system enablement
  • Identify interdependencies across data, configuration, training and behavioural change
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on standard outcomes, clearly communicate change implications, risks and trade-offs
  • Review and update finance policies to reflect agreed processes and system usage, ensuring documented procedures align with governance, compliance and audit requirements
  
Ideal Profile 
  • Minimum 6 years' experience with finance process improvement experience (Accounting, Shared Services, FP&A or similar)
  • Proven ERP experience (INFOR LN highly regarded; other large ERP systems including SAP welcome)
  • Demonstrated capability in process design and standardisation
  • Experience mapping business workflows to system capability
  • Strong documentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in finance transformation or multi-entity environments will be highly regarded.
