Key responsibilities of the role:
- Management of month end processes
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals for payroll items
- Liaise with HR /Payroll Officer
- Checking and reviewing payroll journals for accuracy
- Payroll tax lodgement & mthly trackers /annual reconciliations
- Assistance with month end SLT pack preparation (Balance Sheet Metrics

- Experience and knowledge of superannuation and WorkCover
- Experience of reconciling monthly payroll processing to the general ledger (essential)
- Experience in a medium to large corporate
- Ability to interact with all levels of internal stakeholders
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- SAP knowledge (preferable)
- Certificate in bookkeeping or similar qualification (preferable)
- Studying or completed Accounting degree
