Reporting to the Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts including the P&L, Balance Sheet and working capital reports.
- Maintain the General ledger, including the reconciliation and substantiation of monthly balance sheets.
- Responsible for Fixed Assets – capitalising, disposals, stocktake and fixed asset maintenance.
- Assist with the completion of the annual Fringe Benefits Tax return and company tax returns.
- Completion of monthly BAS returns.
- Assist in the completion of the local and global insurance questionnaires.
- Assist in identifying efficiencies and developing process change.
To be successful in your application, you will be CA/CPA qualified with have 4+ years experience in a Wholesale/Distribution environment. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication, and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP. You will be able to work autonomously and have a problem-solving mindset.
