This is a hands-on position reporting to the Finance & Accounting Lead. It offers flexibility, clear scope of responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation’s finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage payroll processing in accordance with relevant legislation and company policy
- Deliver accurate month-end reporting, including journals and reconciliations
- Prepare and lodge BAS, and assist with FBT and income tax return processes
- Maintain general ledger integrity through reconciliations and reporting
- Coordinate external audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses
- Support financial reporting to both local and international stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Accounting, with CA/CPA qualification (or in progress)
- Proven experience in financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
