An established ASX listed organisation with significant multi site operations is looking to appoint a Financial Accountant as part of its continued growth.

Working directly with the Financial Controller and the CFO, this role offers structured development within a listed environment.
This is not a transactional accounting position. It is a technically focused role suited to an ambitious accountant looking to build depth across reporting, consolidation and compliance in a scaled, multi site business.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering accurate monthly reporting and supporting group level requirements, including:

• Preparation of monthly P&Ls across multiple entities
• Journal processing, accruals and prepayments
• Balance sheet reconciliations across a large entity structure
• Intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Support with consolidation and group reporting
• Assistance with half year and year end processes
• Supporting audit and compliance requirements
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes and controls

The Candidate
We are ideally looking for someone enthusiastic to join a fast-paced growing business, who is comfortable managing complexity (40 entities, multi-site operations) while operating autonomously. 
 
This role will suit either:

• CA or CPA qualified (or nearing completion)
• A first mover from audit seeking listed industry exposure
• Multi-entity operations experience desirable (hospitality, retail or similar)
• Experience with MYOB and XERO
• Someone currently operating in a structured corporate environment looking for greater complexity
