The Role
This newly created role will be responsible for the financial and month end activities within the organisation. Duties involved:
- Daily bank reconciliations;
- Intercompany bank and balance reconciliations;
- Sales reconciliations;
- Daily Revenue reports;
- Reconciliation of financing contracts;
- CAPEX reconciliations;
- Maintenance of depreciation schedules;
- Amortisation of prepaid expenses eg insurance, interest;
- Journal processing; and
- Support the wider finance team including AP, AR and other business units.
Degree qualified, and working towards or planning to commence your CA/CPA you have experience in an Assistant Accountant role and be looking to step up, OR you are a seasoned financial accountant looking to make your mark in a new role. Your reconciliations skills and ability to work across multiple business units is your key strength. Strong knowledge of Excel and superior communication skills are a must as you will be joining a supportive and close knit culture; building internal and external relationships.
