This role will report directly to the CFO and will start off as a 6 month contract with a strong potential to go permanent.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate intercompany cash movements and forecasts
- Fixed asset maintenance
- Maintain General Ledger
- Assist with insurance renewals
- Maintain capex schedules
- Prepare and file NZ GST return
- Prepare BAS
- Help prepare year end schedules
- Raise monthly journals (accruals, prepayments, reversals, open contract hedges etc)
Will have,
- Strong accounting skills (degree qualified)
- CA/CPA or working towards
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Excellent project & time management skills including proactive planning and organizational skills
- Advanced analytical and excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience with SAP
- Manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
