Sharp & Carter is partnering with a large, diverse community services provider based in the Albury/Wodonga region. They have a large finance department and this position will sit in their FP&A team.
The Role | Reporting to FP&A Manager
- Assist General Managers with analysis of their business performance and interpretation of data and provide monthly variance reports to the FP&A Manager and Senior Management.
- Monitor monthly performance and investigate variances to ensure appropriate action is taken to meet performance targets. This will include liaison with key stakeholders and where necessary initiating change or education for relevant personnel.
- Assist in the annual target setting process through the development of detailed operating budgets and activity targets in consultation with General Managers and Senior Management.
- Preparation of performance analysis and costings as required for inclusion in funding submissions and business
cases. - Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Health Services financial management reporting systems and processes.
- Work with General Managers to continue to develop their financial education.
- Assist in implementing organisation wide activities by providing financial management and budgeting support.
- Assist in the development and preparation of operating & activity forecasts.
- Prepare and process general ledger journals as required for accurate month end reporting.

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
- Prior budgeting and forecasting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to form relationships with stakeholders from different disciplines at various levels

- $110,000
- 7.6 weeks of Annual Leave
