About the Role
The Financial Controller will play a pivotal leadership role at the heart of BOUNCE’s financial operations, reporting directly to the CFO. The Financial Controller is responsible for the accounting function within the Finance team. This critical role encompasses strategy, compliance, and leadership, ensuring the business operates efficiently, remains compliant, and is primed for growth. This role will oversee key functions like compliance, statutory reporting, and financial forecasting, while providing strategic insights to guide decision-making. Balancing technical expertise with leadership, leading a talented team, collaborating across the business to identify opportunities for improvement and profitability.

Skills and Experience
You are a CA/CPA qualified finance professional with a strong track record at a senior leadership level of driving financial performance and ensuring strong controls and efficient processes in a growing and dynamic environment. You will have demonstrable expertise in building and leading high performing teams, getting the best out of your reports, fostering motivation and continuous development. Proficient with modelling through excel, you are capable and ambitious to partner with the wider organisation and being an integral part of the organisation’s growth.
