The Role

Reporting to the Deputy CFO, the Financial Controller will be responsible for leading the Financial Accounting team.  This role will lead the team and be accountable for the delivery of high quality, accurate and timely reporting as well as analysis of financial data which supports and enables effective decision making. The focus is the control environment and embedding a new finance organisation structure.

This position will ensure that all statutory financial compliance, regulatory and reporting requirements are professionally managed and fully satisfied. The role will instill a culture of continuous improvement and customer service whilst being a key contributor to the leadership of SVHM.

The Ideal Candidate

Originally from a Chartered Accounting firm, you will have worked in technically focused roles within large organisations and have a demonstrated track record of continuous improvement and value add with the organisation. CA/CPA qualified, you will have managed teams before and have a passion for building meaningful relationships within a purpose driven organisation.
