The Role
As part of building out the internal leadership capability, an exceptional opportunity has emerged for a commercially astute and hands-on Financial Controller to help lead the group’s finance function during a critical phase of growth.
Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the broader business, you will play a key role in shaping financial operations, systems, and strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to influence processes, culture, and the broader commercial direction of the group.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly and annual financial reporting, including commentary and analysis of key financial and operational drivers
- Development of financial models and performance metrics to support the business
- Lead and develop a small finance team to scale with business growth
- Oversee and improve financial controls, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations
You are CA/CPA qualified with a proven track record of delivering results in small to medium-sized businesses. Known for your hands-on approach, you combine strong technical accounting expertise with sharp commercial acumen, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environments.
Your leadership style is collaborative, and you bring confidence and energy to stakeholder relationships, from executive leadership through to operational teams.
