This is an exciting, newly created Finance Officer position that sits within a dynamic Finance Department in the Eastern suburbs. My client requires a candidate that has the experience within both Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable. Strong excel skills are also required as you will be handling a large amount of work, requiring the successful candidate to use excel to manipulate and arrange data.

Responsibilities
- Experience in preparation of BAS & monthly financials
- Developing budgeting and reporting systems and project management.
- Assist with payroll processing and other finance-related administrative tasks
- Data entry
- Preparation of weekly creditor payments
- Processing payments to suppliers
- Processing refunds to customers
- Request and close follow up on supplier credits
- Assist with Bank Allocations
- Completing Bank Reconciliations
- Assist in handling incoming calls
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Proven ability to manage complete accounting functions
- Strong bank reconciliation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to priorities and multi task
- Excellent time management skills
